Here is my next contribution to the Skeptic North blog. It's a book review of "The Divided Mind: The Epidemic of Mindbody Disorders" by John E. Sarno. Do you think I liked it? You'll have to read it to find out.
I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt because the science has progressed so far in the last seven years, but you need to do some research in adverse childhood experiences and their effects (don’t panic — there are reams of peer-reviewed articles on the topic), especially on chronic illness and pain. But the original ACEs study was published more than a decade before your review, so you have no excuse for not doing your own research. It’s easy to be skeptical when you’re ignorant.
