Deathday Anniversary

D. H. Lawrence wrote that "Every year you pass an anniversary unaware - the anniversary of your own death." Whoa!

I heard this in the closing remarks of the appendix of the (audio)book "Deep Survival" by Laurence Gonzales.

    Do you know what is a little weird? My grandma Gee died on her birthday. So every September when she was celebrating her birthday she was also celebrating her deathday without knowing it.

    What do you have to say about that?
